Prepared and reviewed detailed scope narratives for trade contractor bidding during preconstruction by cross-referencing architectural, structural, and MEP contract documents to identify and document discrepancies to align design intent before contractor buyout.

Led weekly MEP coordination meetings with 5+ subcontractors using BIM 360 and Navisworks to identify and resolve 100+ spatial conflicts across 16 floors between HVAC ductwork, mechanical and plumbing risers, electrical and telecommunications conduits, and structural elements to reduce field rework, and maintain project schedule while preserving ceiling heights and code-required clearances.

Reviewed shop drawings in Bluebeam to verify equipment specifications and code compliance, and managed 100+ MEP submittals and 50+ RFIs in Procore.

September 2020 - present

Project Engineer, Suffolk Construction

Developed MEP logistics and sequencing plan for temporary ventilation installation above active South Station commuter rail tracks to secure MassDOT approval and implemented safety protocols enabling installation of overhead steel with zero service interruptions or safety incidents.

Mechanical Engineer Intern, Bose Corporation

Designed custom test fixture prototypes for Bose QuietComfort 35 II headphones in NX to simulate user button-press motion and force to replicate field failures and accelerate root cause analysis for quality.
